Simulation models are used to validate tooling design, cycle time, and create programs that download directly to the robots on the factory floor.
The models take into account the payload of the robot, its travel limits, the speed of various moves, and even the inertial properties of the robot.  These detailed motions help the designer identify conditions where collisions may occur so tooling designers can modify tooling accordingly
Our software models will handle all of the major robot vendors on the market including Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Motoman and many others.  These models let us compare how different robots will perform for the same process so the best robot for a given task can be selected.
